All prices in our website shop include GST, are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.  F1 Moto endeavours to process and dispatch orders promptly and efficiently. Orders are usually dispatched the same day as ordered if the order is received before 3pm. Otherwise dispatched the next working day. If an item is on back order or out of stock, we will notify you.

Warranty/Guarantee/Returns:
Please call first to notify before returning goods by certified post, (dated no more than 15 days). We will be happy to exchange, credit or refund you a cheque. We do not accept returns after 30 days. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Due to the nature and use of products supplied by F1 Moto, F1 Moto relies solely on the manufacturer's orgiinal supplier's warranty (if available) and F1 Moto neither confers nor gives any further warranties as to the suitability of products. All parts supplied by F1 Moto are deemed to be for use in motorsport and are not authorised to be used on Australian registered vehicles and as such no warranties are provided.  Further unless specific notice is given that the product or products supplied confirm to current Austrlian Standards no claim can be made to the contrary that the products confirm to existing Australian Standards nor are they authorised to be used on Australian registered vehicles.

Suspension/Motor Parts/Electrical items:
Because performance depends on the correct assembly, servicing and operation of the complete unit, only a qualified mechanic should assemble the job and draw to our attention at the time of assembly any possible defects in our workmanship and/or materials. We cannot be responsible for the assembled unit. The limit of "F1 Moto" liability shall not exceed the sale price.
No items are guaranteed "Indestructible!"

We reserve the right:
• to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
• that all orders are subject to availability of stock
• to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
